Learn how we process, ship, and deliver your Aurevo™ order. Our goal is to make every delivery simple, transparent, and worry-free.

Order Processing

Every order is carefully prepared before it ships.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Shipping Times

We currently offer one standard shipping option during our initial launch.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates begin once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your package anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as severe weather, high shipping volumes, or carrier disruptions.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend checking your tracking information first.

If you still need help, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.

If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find the best solution.

While carrier investigations may take a few business days, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
